How to do you link your online business to your passion?
After finding your niche, find what problems your target market face and provide a solution for their problems. How then can you link your online business to your passion?
Say you are passionate about pets. Then, your business is about selling books. But you also have a knock for training dogs.
There is strong correlation, right? Now, you can set up your blog based on training pets and selling book relative to pets.
Formulate tips and tricks on dog training and find books that may be relevant to this niche. You may offer these books in your blog and in your business website. -
Step 3
Set up your blog
Set up your blog where you will talk about issues pet owners face and provide solution to those problems.
Update your blog regularly. It may help to start setting up your website after you have prepare 10 to 20 blog post. Of course, you will not upload them all in one time. Upload your blog posts once or twice a week. While you are still stacked with blog posts in your computer, you may use sometime researching your target market.
Find forums where pet owners discuss issues they face about their pets. Go to Google and search for “pet forums”. There will appear numerous forums on pets. Read posts on a regular basis. By reading these posts you will understand your target market well and may find products you can sell that compliments your book selling business.
You will then increase your chances of earning money online. -

Provide solutions to the issues your target market face
In reading forum posts, you will find what problems pet owners face. Provide a solution to those problems and post your advice in your blog.
However, because you have to be responsive in the forum to avoid being branded as spammer, you may then post a summary of the advice in the forum itself and use the link to your blog as a signature.
Once pet lovers learn about your blog and they find that you are giving useful advice. Your reputation as a pet expert will improve. -
Step 5
Link your blog to your business website
By linking your blog to your website, people who benefit from your blog will learn that you market products. Because you are known to be a reputable pet expert, they will trust you and therefore welcome any product your offer them.
This will lead to many links and visits to your business website. You surely understand that visits to your business website may be converted into sales if executed properly.
