Keep your boss happy with good work!
Keep your boss happy with good work!

There is nothing more rewarding than a job well-done...if earned with hard work and dedication!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Dedication
  • Hard work
  • Desire to be a success
  • Motivation
  1. Step 1

Never agree or suggest to take on more than you can handle - it is better to do less with guality, than quantity with less success.

  2. Step 2

Be willing to work hard all the time - not just when you think someone important is looking.

  3. Step 3

Don't goof off or complain about the tasks at hand. Complaining makes you look bad and never improves the situation.

  4. Step 4

Don't gossip about your co-workers unless you have a suggestion for improvement that can make a positive difference.

  5. Step 5

Be thankful for what you have been offered in terms of money and responsibility.

  6. Step 6

Offer to try and research new things, technologies, processes, etc.

  7. Step 7

Offer to help someone else on your team.

  8. Step 8

Take on new tasks and responsibilities if you finish your tasks assigned.

  9. Step 9

    Smile!

  10. Step 10

    Be ontime and deliver timely!

  11. Step 11

Work overtime in the evenings and on weekends when needed.

  12. Step 12

    Bring in food! :)

  13. Step 13

Act as if you love your job and you are a very needed part!

Tips & Warnings
  • Ask for a raise if you have worked hard and deserve it - don't take it personal if you are not granted a raise
  • Prove your worth to the company and your team
  • Don't complain even if others do so
