How to Make Your Hair Grow Longer Faster

It takes forever to grow my hair. I regularly get trims to stimulate growth. But, it would take me almost a year to grow my hair even to reach just below my shoulders. Until an old friend from high school gave me this tip. Surprisingly it worked. Of course, taking some vitamins for healthier hair do help. But I really do not want to take any more than the required cocktail of vitamins I take everyday. Aside from the fact that it would cost a lot, I don't know if the liver can really process so much of this. I want to solve my problems, without costing me so much, and keeping the solutions to natural remedies that actually work. My sisters and I have been doing this for years, it worked really well for us. I truly hope it works well for you too. Does this Spark an idea?

    • 3

Divide the gelatin mixture and pour into the shampoo and conditioner bottles.

    • 4

Shake thoroughly. Make sure that the gelatin mixture is thoroughly combined in each bottle.

Then, use your shampoo and conditioner regularly according to directions.
I just have to say this, I suggest rinsing your hair with cold water after putting conditioner is better because it does not wash away the beneficial oils and moisturizers.

Please note that there are clinical studies that say that gelatin promotes hair growth, it strengthens the hair and promotes gloss. I have been doing this to my shampoos conditioner for years and I am glad I did.

Tips & Warnings

  • It would be great if you could just leave your hair to air dry every once in a while. Constant blow drying can actually dry your hair.

  • Do not comb your hair while wet. It could possibly damage your hair strands.

  • Every once in a while rub some conditioner in your hair, let it dry and leave it on your hair the whole day. It soaks your hair in the moisturizers.

  • Please don't use gelatin varieties with sugar. I made this mistake and I really didn't like the results.
