Things You'll Need:
- An enema kit which is simply a hot water bottle with a length of tube for water to flow from bottle to anus.
-
Step 1
In your preparation leading up to the enema, take one tablespoon of olive oil every morning on an empty stomach, this will help to soften the intestinal wall. You could also think about visiting a sauna, a Turkish bath or just take hot baths at home for three to five days prior, this will also help to soften, hydrate and relax the body.
-
Step 2
Avoid any unnecessary complications by performing the enema after a bowel movement; this is a very important step to softening the inner system of the body.
The outline for a basic enema is as follows:
1. Mix 1.5 litres of warm water with one tablespoon of apple vinegar...
2. Place water into Douche bag at room temperature...
3. Hang from the door knob...
4. Insert end nozzle into the anus (never more than 3 inches). -
Step 3
Once you have prepared yourself, start by letting the liquid go slowly into the colon, because if your large intestine is full of old hard feces, this can cause pain. When the intestine is cleansed properly, two litres of water should go through in less than a few minutes.
As the water fills the colon, turn on your back and put your legs as high as possible in the air, pull in the abdomen and allow the water to move as deep as it possibly can. This technique will help to cleanse the entire colon very deeply. This should be the aim to not leave an unhealthy environment in the large intestine.
After a while of lying on your back, slowly turn onto your right side to let the water inside your body, move to the next section of the colon.
At first you will have the desire to go to the toilet, stand up and walk around for a while before you go to the toilet. The longer you let the water stay inside your colon, the cleaner you will be.
You have just performed your first enema!
