This Kahlua Bundt Cake is the easiest and most delicious recipe you'll ever find! The trick is to use a cake mix and add your own style and personality to it! Curious? Read on!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Box Chocolate Jello Cook-and-Serve Pudding
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil (you can substitute 1/2 cup Apple Sauce if you're watching your calorie intake)
  • 1/4 cup Vodka
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Bundt Cake Pan
  • Either some Powdered Sugar or Vanilla Icing
  1. Step 1
     

    The concept here is to bake a cake from a cake mix but use additional ingredients to add some style and flavor to it. I absolutely love Kahlua Coffee Liqueur so I came up with this Awesome Kahlua Cake Recipe. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease your Bundt Cake Pan.

  2. Step 2

    In a Big Bowl, Mix together Cake Mix and Chocolate Cook-and-Serve Pudding. Set Aside. In a separate mixing bowl, blend together eggs, oil, vodka, kahlua and water. Next just add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. You can blend by hand or with a mixer. I usually use the mixer, as it blends a little better and faster!

  3. Step 3
     

    Pour the Cake Blend into the Bundt Cake Pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Let cool and pop out onto a Cake Plate or a cutting board. Now you can decorate your cake the easy way, either sprinkle some powdered suger on top or spread some vanilla icing all over it. Either way, it's beautiful and delicious!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • If you really like the taste of Kahlua, you can add a little more Kahlua and lessen the water by the same amount.
  • All ovens are different, so don't forget to poke your cake with your testing stick to make sure it's done!
