Write a variety of articles that reflect your interests. In your free time brainstorm ideas so when you sit down to write you can just refer to your list.

3. Use keywords but don't waste too much time analyzing what people are looking for online. By writing a variety of articles you will see what makes the most money and what earns only pennies. If you love gardening there will be other readers who do too. Writing what you love shows your passion for writing.

4. Give content writing a chance but if it's not making you any money you may want to try another type of writing. Perseverance and passion for writing are the keys to success in all types of writing. You may be surprised what type of writing you excel in. If content writing isn't fun for you don't do it.
