Things You'll Need:
- Industrial Dough Mixer
- 5 50lbs bags of All purpose Flour
- 2 50lbs bags of bakers flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of salt
- 2 cups of yest
- 2 gallons of water

Step 1
First pour the 5 bags of all purpose flour into the mixer.Next add 2 bags bakers flour into the mixer.Then add 2 cups of sugar and one cup of salt.Next you should add 2 cups of yest.Next comes the 2 gallons of water that you have to put into the mixer.

Step 2
Mix all ingredients for about fourty five minutes until fluffy.Once dough has finished mixing you can begin cutting or chopping depending on what sizes you need(large,medium,small,extra large).Sizes may very.Next comes rolling the dough you can either hand roll or machine roll.Hand rolling dough is an art form if someone knows how to do it they are really valuable.If you don't then machine rolling is the way to go.

Step 3
The next step to keep the dough in a cool place.Do not use the freshly made dough right away because it needs time to rise.You could put it in a cooler and use it in a couple of days or you could store it in a freezer to let it sit for a week.
