Things You'll Need:
- enough fresh green beans to feed your family
- extra virgin olive oil
- minced garlic
- ground sea salt
-
Step 1
Cut the ends off the green beans and steam them until they are crisp tender.
-
Step 2
Olive OilIn a large skillet over medium-low heat, add about 2 to 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
-
Step 3
Minced GarlicOnce the oil is heated, add 2-3 tsp. or 2 to 3 cloves minced garlic to the oil. Saute for a few minutes to infuse the oil with the garlic flavor. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Lower the heat if this starts to happen.
-
Step 4
Add the green beans to the skillet. Toss for a couple minutes to coat with the oil and garlic. Sprinkle with ground sea salt. Serve immediately. Yum!
