If you like vodka and you like skittles, you will like this candy-flavored vodka!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 Pint Vodka of your choice
  • 1 bag (individual) of Skittles
  • Plastic or Glass Container with a lid large enough to hold the Vodka
  1. Step 1

This is so simple to make and tastes just like Skittles! My guests could not believe how great this tasted! First, pour the Vodka of your choice (of course, if you use a higher-end Vodka (well, not too expensive since you are mixing it), it will have a smoother taste) in the container of your choice (the glass or plastic; I choose not to use the original Vodka container as I did not feel it had enough room left in it to shake the mixture (see later steps)).

  2. Step 2

Next, open the bag of Skittles and pour the entire bag (some say to remove the "green" ones first; I did not) into the Vodka. Secure the lid on the container and shake to mix.

  3. Step 3

Last, let it sit for 24-48 hours (shaking every so often) to let the Skittles infuse themselves into the Vodka. Eventually, the Skittles will completely dissolve over time. The mixture may not be visibly appealing, but it tastes wonderful!

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not forget to let it set for at least 24 hours; more is better, but 24 hours is good in a pinch.
  • Shake it every so often to mix it up.
  • May only be served to persons over the age of 21 years.
