Set the dials to 0-0-0. Find the lever or button next to the dials.

If your lock has a lever, lower it and turn the dials to the desired numbers. Return the lever to its starting position.

For locks with a button, push the button towards the dials and turn them to the desired numbers. Release the button.

The lock is now set to the new combination.

Saturday 2-13-2010 I purchased a new Samsonite 21" "Pavillion" Spinner which includes a combination lock. The instructions to set it seemed easy so I tried it. When the lock did not seem to accept the combination I tried to enter, I tried to reset the lock back to the three zero's it came installed with BUT I found I could not close the lock nor could I reset the lock to the three zero's that were in the display when I first began this fiasco. Can you help?
