Develop a healthy mindset. You must have strong mental ability for this to work. If you believe in yourself and believe that you can do this, you’ll have much better chances for success. Detoxification doesn’t work overnight; it takes time, effort and perseverance.

Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and anything natural. Leafy greens and other produce with color such as oranges, apples and bananas will only help you in your detoxification quest.

Take vitamins; they’ll help. Vitamins are natural substances put into a pill (its most popular form). These are called vitamin supplements, and they’re mostly taken daily. Foods you eat can have natural vitamins in them as well.

Drink lots of water. This helps to flush the toxins out of your body. Water is not harmful at all to your body. Drinking lots of water purifies your body. The process of urination is how lots of the harmful chemicals in the body come out.

Exercise to work the muscles and organs in your body. Exercising also helps you to sweat out harmful chemicals within your body. Working your muscles will help to push out the chemicals and agents. Exercise is a very healthy activity and can help not only with detoxification but with mental health as well.
