How to Cook With Grape Seed Oil
Grape seed oil is extracted from grape seeds. The oil is rich in vitamin E, essential fatty acids and procyanidins, which are beneficial to heart health. The mild flavor of grape seed oil makes it a versatile cooking oil in the kitchen.
