Instructions

1. Go to a website such as Namemaker.com. Under products, select "Clothing Labels."

2. Pick from predesigned labels or choose to design your own. With prewoven design labels, you'll be able to enter your name; font style and size, label size and graphics are set. With design-your-own labels, you can choose font style and color, background color, label size, amount of text (up to four lines, if you choose the 1-inch label) and a motif.

3. To personalize a predesigned sewing label, select a style and desired order size. Write your name and/or a small message in the text box, double-check your spelling and order the labels.

4. To make your own design, select either a 3/8-inch, 5/8-inch or 1-inch width label (length will be determined by the amount of text). Click on your desired label quantity, label type (sew-on or iron-on), background colors, text colors and optional motif. Place your order.
