1
Plug in your bread machine and select the "dough" cycle for a two-pound pizza dough. Make sure the pan is clean before adding the ingredients.
-
2
Add 1 1/2 cups of warm water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of salt into the bread machine pan. Lightly swirl the ingredients around to incorporate them together.

3
Measure out 4 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour with a dry measure and spread it around evenly in the pan. Spoon 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of yeast on top of the flour.
-
4
Insert the pan into the bread machine and turn it on. The kneading and rising cycle for the pizza dough takes roughly 90 minutes. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Construct Your Pizza Rolls
-
5
Chop vegetables such as peppers and mushrooms while the pizza dough is processing in the bread machine. Cut up pepperoni, ham or sausage if you want to make a meat-filled pizza roll.
-
6
Dust a cutting board, rolling pin and your hands with flour so the dough will not stick as you try to roll it out. Empty the onto the floured cutting board when the bread machine has completed its cycle.
-
7
Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into four pieces for dinner-sized pizza rolls or eight pieces for appetizers or snack-sized rolls. Roll the pieces of dough out one at a time until they are flat. If the dough is rubbery and hard to roll, let it rest for five to 10 minutes.
-
8
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Lay each piece of dough on the sheet and fill the upper half with tomato sauce, shredded cheese, meats and vegetables. Two to three tablespoons of filling is sufficient for a large pizza roll.
-
9
Fold the bottom half of the pizza dough over the top half to form a pocket. Press down the edges to seal, using a wet fingertip as paste if necessary. Bake the tray of pizza rolls for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
