Shrink the Size of Your Facial Pores

Are you tired of looking at the mirror and seeing ugly, large facial pores? Although certain factors including genes, sex, diet, and the environment affect the size of your pores, there are some helpful ways in minimizing them!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

First, try a clay mask to clean your pores out. The clay mask takes out excess oil from your face and cleans out the pores, making your pores less noticeable.

  2. Step 2

If you have a lot of white or blackheads on your face, make sure that you clean your face regularly and avoid squeezing them out. Squeezing them can damage your pores and enlarge them, making it harder for your pores to go back to their normal size. Use skin products containing salicylic and glycolic acids to help remove excess oil on your face.

  3. Step 3

Use exfoliaters to clean your face everyday. An effective way to remove blackheads is by using backing soda. It can also help shrink the pores to their natural size.

  4. Step 4

There are many pore reducing products out in the market. Do some research and buy accordingly that adapts to your needs and skin condition. Clinique has some great products that helps reduce enlarged pores.

  5. Step 5

Another great method to reduce the size of your facial pores is by steaming your face by putting your face forward near warm water. The steam is great for opening up pores and cleansing and dislodging dirt that is in your pores.

  6. Step 6

Make sure that you moisturize your face every day to minimize unsightly pores!

  7. Step 7

Lastly, use a toner to cleanse your face every day. Toners help to remove soap residue, dead skin, as well as make-up that might clog your pores and make them appear larger.
