How to Save a PDF File
Traditionally if a computer user desired to burn or save a file in .pdf format, proprietary software from Adobe or another company was required to be purchased. In today's computing environment, that is no longer the case. - Administrator rights on the development computer to install the software application.

Download the freeware pdf burning/creating application from Software995 at uniform resource locator (URL)http://www.software995.com/.

Install the Software995 pdf creation software once download is complete.

Open the file that is going to be saved in .pdf format.

Select File and Print from the primary application menu.

Type the desired file name for the PDF file and select save. Select 'Continue using the sponsored version' on the developer's splash screen that is displayed.

Tips & Warnings
In order to insert hyperlinks or bookmarks into the last pdf created with pdf995 select the hyperlink or bookmark tab in pdfEdit.
If you are generating PDF's from Word 2000 or later, you can use the Word toolbar addin that comes with pdfEdit. It automatically ports links, bookmarks and the table of contents (links to bookmarks) to the pdf. Links to urls and bookmarks will appear as internal links in the PDF. Bookmarks will appear as PDF bookmarks.
To remove the sponsor splash screen when creating PDF files with Software995, one must pay a fee of $19.95 to the development company.
