Things You'll Need:
- Tortillas, flour or corn
- 1 lb Chicken or ground beef
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can red enchilada sauce
- Shredded cheese
- Taco seasoning

Step 1
Cook the chicken or ground beef and onions in a skillet. Add taco seasoning to taste.

Step 2
Spray a casserole dish with cook spray and cover the bottom with tortillas. You may need to cut the tortillas in half or quarters to fill the space.

Step 3
Layer half the meat, corn, beans, green chilies, cheese and enchilada sauce on top of the tortillas. Add another layer of tortillas.

Step 4
Add the rest of the meat, corn, beans green chilies and enchilada sauce. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Step 5
You can also put all of the meat, corn, beans and chilies and part of the enchilada sauce into the dish at once. Then add the second layer of tortillas and top with the cheese and the rest of the enchilada sauce.

Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the mexican lasagna is heated all the way through and the cheese is melted.
