Things You'll Need:
- 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Step 1
Select an air tight storage container to keep the mix in and make sure once you put the mix in there is room to shake it up. Two cups of the dry mix will be used when you make your pancakes or waffles.

Put two cups of Whole Wheat flour into your container. Depending upon the size of your container you can multiple the amount. Since two cups of the dry mix will be used each time you make pancakes or waffles use two cups as your multiple.

Step 3
Add the rest of the dry ingredients using the same multiple you used for the whole wheat flour. Once all of your ingredients are in the container, close it tight and shake the container until all ingredients are mixed.
