Things You'll Need:
- fresh pineapple
- washcloth
- warm water
- cocoa butter
- socks

Step 1
For extra dry elbows and heels, rub a piece of fresh cut pineapple on the area and let the juices sit there for two to three minutes (shorter if you feel it tingling). Pineapple contains a very powerful chemical called Bromelain compounds that can break down the driest, toughest skin. You might feel a bit of stinging from the pineapple, but you will be amazed at how soft your skin is. Just be sure to rinse it off if you feel any discomfort.

Step 2
Wipe the pineapple off with a washcloth and warm water. Then apply a thick coating of cocoa butter, and wrap the warm washcloth around the area for another minute or so.

Step 3
Cut the toes out of a pair of tube socks and pull the socks up over your elbows to hold the lotion in place overnight. For heels, just sleep in a pair of socks after applying lotion.
