Make Caesar Pasta Salad

This Caesar pasta salad combines the best of a Caesar salad with pasta. It is not labor intensive and can be made in a very short time. Few people make one the same way, so most of the ingredients can be altered to suit your taste. This version uses ziti, salami and ham, but it can work just as well with bow-tie pasta, turkey or chicken. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • 3 cups uncooked ziti
  • 4 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 lb of capacolla or ham or salami
  • 1/2 cup pitted olives, halved
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/3 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bottled Caesar salad dressing
