How to Keep Rabbits From Eating Your Garden Plants

Rabbits can be quite a pest in the garden and once they find out it's good eating they come back, with their whole family!! My grandfather had a beautiful garden and he simply mixed up the following 2 items and sprayed it on his plants, he also grew alot of cabbage and rabbits love eating his crop, so he mixed up some homemade spray and went to work spraying his plants and the rabbits went away, they didn't like the spray at all. It works!! I use it in my garden and have never had a problem with any varmints.

Things You'll Need

• 1 tbsp. baby shampoo
• 1 tbsp. ammonia
• quart bottle
• garden sprayer
• water

1. Mix 1 tbsp. baby shampoo and 1 tbsp. ammonia in a quart of water from tap, shake well, make sure it is completely mixed together.

2. Pour into a garden sprayer or a squirt bottle, spray the plants every third evening until you ae sure all varmints and other little critters are not coming back.

3. Store unused liquid mix for next use.

Tips & Warnings

• This can also be used indoors on your houseplants. I use it as my cats love to eat my plants, once I spray them they have no interest in eating them anymore. It works!!

• you can use generic baby shampoo and ammonia, it still works the same, and your cost is at a minimum.

• Keep out of reach of children
