The radio sucks. Every now and again a song comes on that you like, and the rest of the time your channel surfing or listening to music that suck... Your prayers have been answered.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A computer
  1. Step 1

First you will have to go to Pandora.com. Wait for the load screen to go away and set up an account, its free.

  2. Step 2

Now that you are your own disc jockey, you will have to figure out what you want to listen to. The Pandora web site will listen to you, type in a song or artist as new songs come up give them a thumbs up or down. This will tell Pandora that you like or dislike the song. It will start to make song choices based on the different aspects of the songs that you like. (I like New Orleans influences, a swing dancin' style, positive, upbeat lyrics, a great tenor sax solo, and sax playing, in my swing music anyway. This is what the station told me.)

  3. Step 3

You can make as many stations as you want, I've got a Johnny Cash station (perdominatly, I cant get it to play just him) called cry, cry, cry, I've got a soft Rock, Classic Rock, Irish folk, Funk, Ska, Punk Rock, Swing, and Jam band stations. One of the best things to do after you get your stations going, is to do a "quick mix" of them. This will temporarily combined all of your stations, (sublime).
