This is an article on how to relieve some stress throughout the day for working women.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The key to making this work may involve some changes for your every day life. The first suggestion is to set your alarm clock 30 minutes earlier than everyone else in the house will be waking. With this extra 30 minutes, there is thousands of things that you can do with this extra free time. You can use this time to get in a 30 minute workout, do some light house cleaning, or even work on making dinner!

  2. Step 2

With these few minutes of extra undisturbed time, you would be amazed as to what you would be able to accomplish. You can make an entire dinner, so that in the evening all you need to do is just heat up the food so that you can spend more time with your family, or doing other activities that you may need to accomplish that evening.

  3. Step 3

You can do some light cleaning, such as just picking up some toys and putting them away, or you may even be able to get your whole downstairs dusted and vacuumed (depending on the size). Any little bit that you are able to get done in this time will help relieve some stress and work that you would experience later in the evening. You may also even be able to get a load of laundry washed and put in the dryer before you head off to work. Doing this will help with not feeling like you are overloaded with "chores" to do in the evening, or even if you do all of your laundry on the weekend, doing a little bit every morning will give you more free time on the weekends.

This extra 30 minutes could open up a world of possibilities for you and some relief from regular every day stress!
