If you're on Facebook, you have undoubtedly been tagged by a friend with a "25 Random Things About Me" note. This is a viral message that's being spread by Facebook users to their friends, much like a chain letter. Facebook says the total number of Facebook Notes created by users has increased 100% in the last week.

If you're tagged, you're asked to write your own note and "tag" 25 of your friends. What if you can't think of 25 interesting, random things to say about yourself? I'm here to help.

1. Brag about your accomplishments. Have you ever won a prize, no matter how small? Have you won any academic awards? Were you on a sports team in high school? Have you run a Marathon or achieved another athletic milestone? Have you ever collected anything?

2. Dig deep into your angst-filled teenaged years. Who did you go to Prom with? What was the first concert you went to go see? The first album you bought? What was the first R rated movie you saw? Did you have an embarrassing nickname?

3. Confess your physical limitations. Do you have a weird allergy, birthmark, or scar? Have you ever been hospitalized? Was there something unusual about your birth or a recurring ailment in your childhood?

4. Expose your innermost fears and phobias. Are you deathly afraid of anything? Are there foods that you absolutely loathe? Do you have any recurring dreams or nightmares? Have you ever had a paranormal or near-death experience?

5. Announce your special skills. Did you play an instrument when you were a kid? Did you ever play in a rock band? Did you take art classes in summer camp or perform in the school play?

6. Introduce your family. Do you have tons of siblings? A fun fact about your heritage? A story about a strange uncle?
