Required information includes such facts as the family members' names, address, household income, community service, type of property, debt and any criminal or lawsuit activity. You'll also need to write about the reasons the family (and their home) deserves to receive services from Extreme Makeover Home Edition. (See Resources below for a link to the site and application.)

Compile a video of the inspirational family, in addition to photos of the family and their home. ABC accepts DVD, mini DV, VHS and mini DVD formats, but does not accept VHS-C or High 8 movies. The Extreme Makeover Home Edition application acknowledges that you can still apply without a video, but recent pictures are a must.

I am a single mom of 3 live in Boligee Ala and I woild like to know can I get Help? We look at the show alot. my oldest always say mom maybe they can help us. we have search the internet lots of time looking for u guys. Maybe we can be one of the family. My house was build in the 70's. No work has been done since then. It's so much I can say but all I can really say Now is we Need Help Badly! Thanks
