When it comes to planning a game day menu, Spinach Artichoke Dip is a must have. This recipe is quick, easy and delicious!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  1. Step 1

    Preheat your over to 350°F.

  2. Step 2

    Defrost the frozen spinach in the microwave or under hot water. Finely chop with a sharp knife.

  3. Step 3

    Drain canned artichoke hearts and finely chop as well. Use a food processor if you have one.

  4. Step 4

    Mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonaise, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and garlic powder together is a 9 in quiche dish or pie dish. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Step 5

    Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Stir.

  6. Step 6

    Serve with triscuit crackers, assorted chopped fresh vegatables or tortilla chips. If your dip has been out for while and has started to thicken, simply pop it back in the over for 5 min at 350°F or until creamy.

  7. Step 7

    Makes 2 3/4 cups - 22 servings at 2 tbsp each

Tips & Warnings
  • Substitute 1 cup chopped mushrooms for the artichokes to make Spinach Mushroom dip
  • Use reduce fat mayonaise to and save 50 calories and 5.5 grams of fat per serving
  • Make sure to drain your artichokes and spinach. Leaving liquid will create a runny dip.
  • Make sure your spinach and artichoke are chopped finely
