Follow some simple steps and you can easily transform your dull skin into radiantly beautiful and glowing skin!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first step in getting radiantly beautiful skin is to dry skin brushing. Make it a daily routine, and it will definitely improve your skin's outer texture as well as stimulate circulation. Use a soft and natural fiber brush.

  2. Step 2

Make sure that you exfoliate your skin regularly. Use a good body scrub 2-3 times a week to remove the old and flaky skin, and reveal the new skin underneath.

  3. Step 3

You can increase the circulation on your skin by taking cold showers. Make sure that you work your way up feet down so that you do not shock your system. Remember to acclimatize your body!

  4. Step 4

You're scalp is also a part of your skin, and taking good care of it will insure a healthy looking overall body. You can try breaking an egg in a bowl and mixing it with bananas, along with witch hazel. Blend it and then apply to your hair and leave it on for about 30 minutes. Rinse out and wash with shampoo and conditioner. It will keep your scalp skin looking healthy and new!

  5. Step 5

Lastly, give yourself a relaxing massage. Have your partner give you an oil massage as you lie comfortably on your back. Start rubbing the massage oil all over your body. Repeat this step for about 15 times. You will have a much relaxed and glowing skin in no time!
