Improve Your Confidence With Women

Your confidence has got a lot to do with your success with women. The more confident you are the better, and the more admirable and attractive you are to them. Now let me show you how to gain more confidence if you have little or none of it.

  1. Step 1

    It is In the Mind – As the great teachers put it, “As you think, so shall you become.” This means that, if you have been filling your mind with the thoughts of doubts, fears, and worries about not getting a woman, you been most likely out of confidence. This will take you far back in the line of men, if not, in the end.

    What I suggest you to do here is, to ELIMINATE these destructive thoughts. Never assume the worst by thinking of it in the present, instead, live in the present. Thoughts can become reality, if you think of the worst, it will soon come to you. A man who has plenty of experience in self mastery knows how to adapt himself to others, and that can only be done if one's mind is purified, or negative thoughts about yourself are eliminated.

  2. Step 2

    Think Differently

    To go to the flow of success is to think COURAGEOUSLY, BEAUTIFULLY, POSSITIVELY.
    Keep yourself thinking about this, not only for yourself, because that will fire back on you and you'll find yourself selfish at the end. But think good things for others, DO good things for others. Love, laugh, smile, be fearless, be courageous, be spontaneous, enjoy your life. Soon you'll find yourself forming a new thinking pattern, which will provide you a greater strength from within, and guess what we call it... confidence.

  3. Step 3

    Calm Yourself

    “The strong, calm man is always loved and revered.” - James Allen
    Calming yourself will have a great impact to your outside condition, to your personality, and to others. Sure there will be uncomfortable times, surely when you are facing the woman you want to talk to. But calming your mind will ease you at these uncomfortable situation. Because feeling uncomfortable only occurs when doubts and fears creep in your mind, when you begin to calm your mind, you begin to lose these destructive thoughts, and eventually free yourself from that cage of horror. So calm down. In step six, I will show you how to do it in even easier way.

  4. Step 4

    Learn to Meditate

    Meditation has got a lot to do with having that calmness I just mentioned above. Meditation could mean quieting your mind and freeing it from destructive thoughts to have optimal function. But to do this, you have to have your mind, body and spirit in harmony. What I mean by this is, you cannot have your mind meditating while your body is doing something else. All parts must do the same thing. So when you relax your mind, you must relax your body. For more information, please see my article on meditation.

  5. Step 5

    Remember Your Strength by Using them

    There are times that you are going to lose your confidence(its inevitable) and that is the time when things seem to be not going your way. But be not worried, because worrying will only worsen it. Instead, do the opposite. You can do it by REMEMBERING YOUR STRENGTHS. For example, what have you done in the past that really made you proud of yourself. The good ones. The ones that really uplift your emotion positively. And take note! To do this successfully, you MUST be willing to let go of the worries, or destructive thoughts. Only when this is done, there is nothing that can stand in your way. You'll find yourself confident in most type, if not, any situations.

  6. Step 6

    Breathe with Confidence

    Never underestimate what breathing can do for you. Breathing can be used to release negative emotions so that it may not reflect back to your thoughts and make it produce negative thoughts, which in turn, will give you the illusion of fears and doubts, and cause you to lose your confidence.

    Its impossible to meditate properly or even calm yourself down if you have negative emotion inside you. Breathing fully all the way to the diaphragm will scoop these negative emotions and finally, it will be easier to meditate or calm yourself down.
