      Become an internal auditor by getting a four years college degree. Internal auditors come from different fields of education. Business, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Liberal Arts etc. are some of the areas where auditors come from. Many companies require that internal auditors pursue a Master Degree, preferably an MBA.
