BlackBerry Desktop Manager Main MenuOpen your BlackBerry Desktop Manager. This came as a CD with your BlackBerry, if you have lost the CD you can download the BlackBerry Desktop Manager directly to your desktop from here : http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/

Download to Desktop or Download Zip for your filesDownload the files for the application you wish to add to your BlackBerry. Make sure you download the correct files to perform a desktop installation, look for the files that say "Download to Desktop" or "Download Zip".

Unzip the application filesOnce your download is complete, unzip the files.

Connect your BlackBerry with the USB that was supplied with your device to your desktop.

Select Application LoaderWithin the BlackBerry Desktop Manager main menu, select Application Loader and click on “Add/Update Applications“.

Select Add ApplicationsSelect “Add Applications” which should be located on your left.

You will now see a list of applications that are installed on your phone, click on the “Browse” button.

Navigate to the directory where you unzipped the downloaded zip file.

Select the “.alx” file.

Press “Next“.

Press “Finish” and your installation will now begin.
