Things You'll Need:
- 1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbs. Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbs. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbs. Chopped Flat-Leaf Parsley (Fresh)
- Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
- 2Lbs Boneless Sirloin Steak
- 2 Large Mixing Bowls
- Wooden Skewers(optional)
-
Step 1
Combine: Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Dijon Mustard, Parsley, and Ground Pepper(to taste) in a large mixing bowl. Mix them together and set aside.
-
Step 2
Cut Steak into 1-2 inch cubes. Place cubes into the other mixing bowl. Pour about half the marinade over the steak cubes. Toss or hand mix the cubes and marinade together, adding marinade as you see fit.
-
Step 3
Now that the steak has been coated well, let it sit covered at room temperature for about two hours. You can also refrigerate, covered, for about eight hours. Save the unused marinade for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Alternate Method: place steak cubes into a Ziploc Freezer bag with marinade, removing as much air as possible, then placing in the refrigerator for about 8-10 hours. -
Step 4
When the marinade period is over, skewer the cubes and grill over hot coals about 3" from heat for about five minutes(or as desired). You can also grill on a stove(with or without skewers).
