Things You'll Need:
- seeds
- pots
- soil
-
Step 1
If you find yourself depressed here is a great way of coping and eventually curing your depression. It might not make sense right away, but I promise you all will be clear once you try it.
-
Step 2
Buy some seeds, pots, soil, a nice watering bucket and start a mini garden. If you don't have a garden or it is not the right weather to go outside do this inside. Even if it's a potato plant, it's great!
-
Step 3
Don't be afraid to get into the dirt, loosen it up, feel the texture. Even the smell of flowers is said to have a great effect on a depressed person. So if you can, and the season is right go for some flowers!
-
Step 4
plant some seeds, name them, take care of them, read to your plants, play music for them. Buy your plant a nice pot. Tend to your dear plants and check on them everyday. Taking care of something and seeing it grow overtime loosens that depressed knot inside you. I hope this helps, have fun!
