Things You'll Need:

  • 3 large jalapeno peppers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • half an onion
  • cut up cilantro
  1. Step 1

In a small sauce pan add 5 cups off water, then you boil the tomatoes and jalapeno and garlic whole for about 15 minutes on medium heat or until there soft whichever comes first.

  2. Step 2

When they are soft remove them from the water don't throw the water away put it off to the side. Let them cool for about 5 minutes then peel the outer part off of the jalapeno and tomatoes and garlic. Dice up your onion and cilantro and set to the side.

  3. Step 3

Then put the tomatoes and jalapeno and garlic in a blender add 2 cups of the water from the pan that you boiled them in and blend until it is a liquid then pour it into a bowl add your onions, cilantro and half a spoon of salt stir and there you go .

Tips & Warnings
  • If it is to hot next time add another tomato this will help cool it down.
  • You can also add this to some meat or chicken or shrimp gives it a great flavor.
  • Or you can just Eat with tortilla chips.
  • After peeling jalapeno wash hands with soap and water before you touch your face it could cause it to burn.
