      1. Wash your hands properly with soap and hot water.

      2. Thoroughly clean the abrasion with soap and water. Make sure to remove all dirt and any foreign matter within the affected area. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.

      3. Pour 3 capfuls of hydrogen peroxide on scrape until you don't see anymore dirt or debris.

      4. Using the Q-tip, apply Vaseline to the cut.

      5. If the Band-aid gets wet for any reason, you must remove it, dry the area and put on more Vaseline and a fresh band-aid. Do this for at least 3 days and you will be pleasantly surprised.
