Juggle Three Balls The Proper Way

this is how to juggle three balls the proper way. if you get started it is important to get it right from the beginning. this will make your juggling process a lot easier and maybe faster.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • three juggling balls
  1. Step 1

    body position;
    relax, bend a little trough your knees, make sure your body is symmetrical, shoulder and waistline is straight. Tilt your head a little bit up, not too much. Don't force your body into a position.
    Throwing;
    hold one ball in the palm of your right hand, forearm streched out a little above horizontal. Follow a 'throwing' triangle; first go vertically down with the ball (with the forearm, upper doesn't move), then go inside to the belly button and throw from there without wristmovement. Practise till you don't have to reach the throwing ball. you aim for a little outside the 'body plane'.

  2. Step 2

    Take another ball and get into the start position with the forearms abit above horizontal (like reading a book while standing).

    When one ball is thrown and in the air, throw the other ball underneath (beware of your style). Catch the two balls and see if you are back in start positions without too many grabbing, reaching or corrections. Otherwise start again or practise with one ball. It's worth it.

  3. Step 3

    Add a third ball.

    When the second ball is in the air, throw the third ball underneath. Every ball is thrown to the other hand (no 'selfs'). Concentrate on making good throws, juggling is the art of throwing, not the sport of catching.The crossing point of the balls in the patters is really low (belly button). Hereby the pattern creates space for tricks.
