Things You'll Need:
- family pack chicken
- tongs
- buttermilk
- flour
- extra large ziplock bags
- crisco shortening
- fresh cracked pepper
- iron skillet

Step 1
Place raw chicken in sink basin rinse well.Tamp dry then place into ziplock bag.Ad buttermilk and fresh cracked pepper,marinate at least twenty four hours in refrigerator.After marinating take the chicken and place it in a strainer.Now place 4 cups flour and 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs into a bowl.

Step 2
Heat up your iron skillet on medium heat ad crisco to the skillet.To check if grease is ready take a pinch of breading mixture ad to criso if it sizzles its ready.Dip chicken in the breading shake off the excess and fry on both sides till golden brown.

Step 3
Place the chicken in brown paper grocery bags paper towels will stick to the chicken.Salt and pepper to taste.Serve with some lemon wedges and parsley for garnish.Presentation always seems to ad to a delightful dinner with freinds and family.And I guarantee they give rave reviews for your fried chicken.
