Also called the lemonade diet or the lemon cleanse diet, the master cleanser is a detoxifying regimen that not only rids the body of toxins, but also helps you lose weight. It is a fasting regime that consists of drinking a lemon and maple syrup cocktail to rid the body of toxins, resulting from improper diet, lack of exercise and negative mental attitudes. It said that the lemon diet cleanse dissolves and eliminates toxins and congestion especially in the colon. It also cleanses the kidneys and digestive system. Best of all though the fasting and detoxing helps you lose weight.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 glasses pure or spring water 3/ 4 cups lemon juice 3/ 4 cup Maple Syrup Cayenne pepper Sea salt, un-iodized
  1. Step 1

    Pour the water into a container with a lid.

  2. Step 2

    Add the lemon juice. Stir in the maple syrup.

  3. Step 3

    Add six to eight pinches of cayenne pepper.

  4. Step 4

    Cover the container and shake it vigorously to mix the ingredients.

  5. Step 5

    Drink one cup every two hours throughout the day.

  6. Step 6

    Continue taking the Master Cleanser Lemonade for at least 10 days.
