Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons sage
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 6 cups cornbread
- 2 cups white bread
- 1 1/2 qts chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
First sauté your chopped onions and celery in butter, or margarine. Mix sage, poultry seasoning, thyme and cook until onions and celery are tender, approximately 10 minutes.

Step 2
Combine cornbread and white bread (make sure cornbread and white bread are in crumbs)in large bowl, stir in chicken broth onions, celery and eggs, mix well. Season with salt & pepper to taste, add more broth as needed. Adding broth will ensure dressing is moist and eggs will make dressing light and fluffy.

Step 3
Bake at 400 degrees 45 minutes until lightly brown.
