Frozen yogurt is a healthier alternative to ice cream and if you can make the frozen yogurt yourself it is even healthier. Some store bought frozen yogurts have as much and sometimes more sugar in them than ice cream.
This recipe can be made with or without an ice cream maker. Obviously if you don't have an ice cream maker it will take a little more time and patience to make but it is well worth it.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
