Things You'll Need:
- 12 Chicken Wings
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Mustard
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seed
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Orange, Cut Into Wedges
- Salt
- 2-Quart Glass Baking Dish
- Small Mixing Bowl
- Wax Paper

Step 1
Fresh Chicken WingsCut off wing tips of chicken and cut wings in half at the joint. Salt both sides of the wings.
Place wings in a 2-Quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish; set aside. -
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients, except orange wedges and parsley, in small mixing bowl. Pour half of mixture over wings and cover with wax paper.

Microwave for 6 minutes on HIGH. Turn chicken over and brush with the remaining sauce. Recover and continue cooking for 6 to 7 minutes, on HIGH, or until chicken is tender with a fork.

Step 4
Orange WedgeLet stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with orange wedges and parsley. Makes 24 Appetizers.
