Some delicious fried chicken made easy!

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Chicken of any kind.
  • Flour
  • cumin
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 2-3 eggs
  • vegetable oil
  • appropriate cookware
  1. Step 1

Preparing the chicken for frying: Beat 2-3 eggs in a bowl, then you must cover chicken with egg and then roll it in flour until it is completely covered.
Heat a medium to large skillet with about a quarter of a cup of vegetable oil or enough to cover the bottom of the skillet.

  2. Step 2

The next thing you will do is wait till the skillet is hot and place chicken so you have room to turn it...do not have a crowded skillet. This can make turning it difficult. Season the chicken with cumin, garlic salt, and pepper... that is just how I season it. You can add whatever you like but dont go to crazy on anything at first till you have tried your finished prouduct. Keep a close eye on it while you are frying it...turnoften
Continue to fry the chicken on all sides till all side are a golden brown.

  3. Step 3

Then you must remove the chicken from the skillet and place in a foil covered baking pan or on a cookie sheet, or cake pan. I like to cover mine to help maintain moisture content, but you dont have to.
Place chicken in an oven pre heated to 350 degrees. Bake for about 30 to 35 minute and there you go! Some of the best chicken you ever tasted

Tips & Warnings
  • Watch and turn chicken often while frying.
  • Do not fry at high heat, the slower the better.
