      Get any book of fables, fairy tales, stories, etc. and make sure is one you like. Then, start reading it while in bed and really comfortable.

      Don't think or worry if this will work or not. Just go with it and try to enjoy it like when you were a child and someone else would read to you at night. Start with reading any story, or pick the one you like the most, just like when you were a child.

      It might take one, two or more fairy tales or stories, but at the first sign of sleepiness... make sure you close the book and go to sleep. Too easy? That's right, it worked when you were little and now it will remind you of those times, helping you to go to sleep.
