Here are some ways to find free photo editing online.

1. Do an online search for free photo editing. You can use the search engine of your choice and search for "free photo editing", "edit photos free", "edit pictures free" etc.

2. Look for online groups or discussion forums that photography enthusiasts visit as they are likely to tell of free photo editing programs online that they have found.

3. Do an online search for freeware or shareware. You can use search terms such as "free photo editing freeware" to locate these types of programs.

4. Search for programs that have features you are looking for. For example if you want features such as photo enhancement, digital photo retouching, colorizing, image composition or image authoring you may want to include that in your search.

5. If you are looking for something more along the lines of special effects you can search for that specifically, such as "free photo editing morphing", "free photo editing layers", "free photo glittering" or even just "free photo special effects".

6. Decide if you want other types of photo editing, such as creating fun projects using your photos. Look for promotional offers from companies offering these types of online photo editing opportunities. Usually these are offered around holidays or special events. Some web sites offer fun projects you can create year round such as Obama style posters, Andy Warhol effects, programs where you can make your photos talk and many other free photo editing options.
   
   Be on the lookout for these types of free offers or do an online search if there is something you want to find, such as "free talking photo".

7. Look at online photo storage web sites for free photo editing. Many of these offer free photo editing tools. If you don't already know of any of these types of web sites you can simply search online for "free photo storage", "free photo hosting" etc.

8. Check with web sites or programs you may already be using. For example, Google offers free photo editing software you can download called Picasa.
