You can sell your house as a rent to own. This is a very profitable way to sell real estate now days. It is also a great way to " buy " real estate since you can basically walk away anytime without consequence ...... however, this works for the seller as well as the buyer because once the buyer walks away then the seller is free to resale the property, get another down payment and so on and so forth.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A House to Sale
  • Time and Energy
  • A Computer for Making Sales Fliers.
  • Hammer,nails,tape,and staple gun.
  1. Step 1
    Get the Property Ready for Sale
    Get the Property Ready for Sale

    Complete any and all updates and improvements to the property to make it ready for sale.

    Don't ever sale a home with absolutely no money down.........Even a rent to own contract needs some money down because if you end up taking it back you will have to clean it up and fix things again.
    rent to own.......but with a small down payment.......at least 2,000 to 3,500 $$$

    Maker your sales fliers.Include all pertinant information on the subject property........be informative but do not over do it.Incluse some nice pictures of the property.Include items like:
    1)# of rooms and names of the rooms.
    2)Square footage of both the house and the lot.
    3)Any special features or extras.
    4)Talk about the neighborhood,and near-by places,schools,stores,etc.
    5)Other
    6)And last...but not least........always add this to your home sales ads and fliers:

    Distribute your fliers !
    1)Hang them in the windows of convenience type stores.
    2)Put them on poles,with a hammer and nail or a staple gun.
    3)Place them anywhere and everywhere you can......you know your area.
    4)Fax them to Nursing homes and hospitals.....one for each unit......Nurses are great buyers.
    5)Place them on bullitin boards at factories.
    6)Use your imagination.

Tips & Warnings
  • This is a great plan because if you have to repo the house you can simply sell it again.
