  • 14 oz. artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. mayo
  • 2 c. shredded Parmesan
  • 3.5 oz. jalapenos (1 small can)

Instructions

      Preheat oven to 350 F.

      Place the brick of cream cheese on the counter so that it starts to get a little soft, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the artichoke hearts into chunks.

      Mix all ingredients except Parmesan in a large baking dish and stir well.

      Sprinkle the Parmesan on top of the mixture.

      Bake at 350 until lightly browned and bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Serve immediately, or let cool, refrigerate and serve chilled.
