3. It would be helpful for you to know a couple of things before you begin the application process. First of all employees at Walt Disney World are called cast members because the application process is considered by Disney human resources as "casting actors in a role." It is the goal of the Walt Disney World human resources team to interview an applicant, then place that applicant in the most appropriate position that matches the applicant's personality and demeanor.

4. After you have filled out the online application, you will need to go in and visit the Disney Casting Center. Filling out the application online will save you time at the Casting Center. The Disney Casting Center is home to the Walt Disney World Human Resources Center - this is where you will be "cast in your role." The Casting Center is a strikingly beautiful facility, complete with all of the magic that you will find in all of the parks and different venues on Walt Disney World Property - expect to be impressed almost to the point of being overwhelmed.

5. If you will need public transportation to get to the Disney Casting Center, Lynx, The City of Orlando public transit system, has several routes dedicated solely to Disney Employees.
