If you have been diagnosed with celiac disease, your doctor probably recommended that you change your diet. A celiac disease diet restricts foods that contain gluten. By following these tips, you can improve the damage to your intestines and live a healthy, happy life.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Decrease your intake of high fat foods, fried food, and sugary snacks. There are other foods you can eat to satisfy your cravings and help you stick to a celiac gluten-free diet. Choose foods like carob, corn, potatoes, peas, rice, soybean, pure corn tortillas, popcorn, and puffed rice.

  2. Step 2

  3. Step 3

Eat fresh meat, fish, poultry, and shellfish. Avoid cold-cuts and breaded meat, fish, and chicken. Enjoy fresh fruit too.
