1. Determine the last cycle of your period. This will be helpful in figuring out a more precise day of conception.

2. Analyze how long your cycle usually lasts. Fertilization of the egg is typically 2 weeks before the beginning of the next cycle.

3. Find the date that is exactly 2 weeks before the usual start of your cycle. Using this date, you have the probable date of conception.

4. Add 280 days (40 weeks) to the result of Step 3. This date is the projected date of your delivery.
