Having clean and clear skin on your face is something that everyone strives for. With all of the creams and potions on the market, maintaining clear skin may seem hard to do. Unless you suffer from severe acne, it's not so hard to have clear skin, and you don't have to spend a fortune either.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Towel
  • Astringent
  • Moisturizer with sunscreen
  • Facial cleanser
  • Water
  • Cotton balls
  1. Step 1

Clean your face with a basic facial cleanser according to your skin type (dry, oily, combination).

  2. Step 2

Refresh your skin and deep clean pores by applying an astringent to the face and neck area after cleansing. Witch Hazel is a common natural astringent.

  3. Step 3

Massage a generous amount of moisturizer with sunscreen onto your face and neck.

  4. Step 4

Apply a weekly facial mask of milk and honey which will remove impurities, moisturize, protect and soften your skin.
Mix equal parts milk and honey, and apply to your face and neck. Allow the mask to sit for about 30 minutes before rinsing it with warm water. Follow this with moisturizer and return to the routine that evening.

  5. Step 5

Exfoliate at least once a month to lift dead skin cells that can leave your skin looking dull and feeling rough.
Exfoliating should not be done too often, as it can irritate skin and disrupt the moisture balance.

  6. Step 6

Drink 8 tall glasses of water each day. Water hydrates and flushes your entire body and leaves skin soft and supple.

  7. Step 7

Eat a healthy well-rounded diet and take a multivitamin. A good diet is healthy for your whole body, and will benefit your face by making your skin healthy, and clear.
