How to String a Warlock Guitar
There are few guitars that can rival the history of the Warlock guitar's place in heavy metal music. There have been several variations of the Warlock over the years, but the distinctive body style is still instantly recognizable. Changing the strings on a Warlock guitar can be challenging for those who are unfamiliar with this type of guitar.
Instructions

1
Lay the guitar on a flat, secure surface.
-
2
Loosen the tension on each string a little at a time by turning the six tuning pegs at the top of the guitar in a counterclockwise direction.
-
-
3
Once the strings are all slack, continue to turn each tuning peg until the top of each guitar string is freed of its respective tuning peg.
-
4
Once the strings are free of their tuning pegs, locate the bridge of the guitar. The bridge is the metal object toward of bottom of the guitar where the strings lead.
-
5
Locate the two small Phillips head screws at the bottom of the bridge.
-
6
Carefully unscrew these two screws by turning them in a counterclockwise direction. This will free the bridge piece from the guitar.
-
7
Turn the bridge upside down.
-
8
Locate the six metal balls under the bridge. These balls are the other ends of the guitar strings.
-
9
Pull each ball out of the bridge to remove the strings.
-
10
Insert each new string into the slots under the bridge where the old strings were removed.
-
11
Once all of the new strings are through the bridge, turn the bridge over again and attach it to the body of the guitar by turning the two screws that were loosened in Step 6.
-
12
Feed the end of each string into its respective tuning peg.
-
13
Turn each tuning peg in a clockwise direction to tighten the strings on the guitar.
-
14
When each string is tight, use wire cutters to clip off the remaining portions of each string.
